- Curator's comments
- Stephens describes the plates to the volume in the British Library (Grenville 3550) which also includes a folding plate showing the author dreaming of the Pope, Cardinals, etc. plotting against England; there are only three detached plates in the British Museum collection together comprising twelve scenes (see also 1868,0808.3292 and 3293). Copies of the volume in the Folger Shakespeare Library and the Union Theological Seminary, New York, are reproduced on Early English Books On-line
The author is identified by Stephens as Charles Blount.
