- This sheet is from Hogenberg's historical series and was probably printed in Cologne. It is not described in J.R. Paas, 'The German Political Broadsheet 1600-1700' vol. 1 (Wiesbaden, 1985) but the main group of portraits is based on the same image seen in the prints about the Gunpowder Plot, see pp. 184-186, nos. P-75, 76 and 77, and p. 360, no. PA-21.
