Description
A political lecture on heads, copy after a satirical print and title-page for a verse-satire based on Stevens' popular lecture; Wooler, caricatured as the Black Dwarf, stands on a triple head comprising those of the Prince Regent, Sidmouth and Castlereagh, on the dwarf's head are two books, an ink-pot and pen, in his left hand he holds a pair of dividers, in the other an open book. c.1820 Pen and black ink
