- The frontispiece (with the title page lettering on the verso) for a Spanish edition (published by Jan Baptist Verdussen in Antwerp in 1686) of Enrico Caterino Davila's "Historia de las Guerras Civiles de Francia". The work was first published in Venice by Tommaso Baglioni around 1630 and became an immediate success with translations published in Paris in 1644 and London in 1647. The title page came to the Museum along with twenty portrait prints and two prints of military subjects which had been extracted from the book. For these portraits, see 1868,0208.2-23.
