Complete piquet pack of 32 playing-cards for cartomancy, plus a small book of instruction inscribed in pen and ink "Le Livre de Destin" and commencing with an "Epitre aux Dames" by M. Violet, éditeur. Each piece may be regarded as an ordinary playing-card, or as a fortune-telling one, the latter belonging to the more amusing or comic variety than to the serious divinatory class.
