Political pamphlet of 32 pages without illustrations or titlepage entitled: "Links of the Lower House."
The subtitle appears below the title stating:
"On, an Alphabetical List of the Members of the House of Commons, showing the Counties, Cities or Boroughs for which they sit; and also the Offices, Pensions, Grants, Church-Preferment, Functions, Services, and other Matters and Things, belonging or attached to the several members and their families."
The pamphlet is printed in close type in two columns on each page. It gives an alphabetical list of members of the House of Commons and their connections and interests.
Lettered at the foot of the first page:
"Printed by C. Clement and Sold by John M.Cobbett, 1, Clements-inn, [Entered at Stationers' Hall] -Price 8d. This line is repeated at the end of the text.

The publisher's line states that the pamphlet is "Printed by C. Clement" and sold by "John M. Cobbett" although the name of a publisher is not given.
