One of two drawings in the album which Stefania Mason Rinaldi doubted as being autograph. It does differ from the other drawings, but that is perhaps because the composition, except for the two foreground figures, is copied from Adam Elsheimer's painting of 'Tobias and the Angel' in the Historisches Museum, Frankfurt (K. Andrews, 'Adam Elsheimer,Paintings-Drawings-Prints', Oxford, 1977, no. 20, p. 150, fig. 72). The Tietzes did accept it as by Palma and dated it c. 1580.
