- There is a much more finished drawing, complete with textual inscription, of the top graphite sketch on this sheet in the Huntington collection (Acc.No.66.3C).
These drawings were not engraved. The date of the register number precedes that of the sale at which the drawing was acquired. The date in the register therefore should have been May rather than March.
