So-called 'Burgomaster Pancras and his Wife'; interior with a man (Rembrandt?) standing behind a dressing table at left, passing a pearl necklace to a woman (his wife Saskia?) who sits on the right and looks in a mirror at the earrings she is wearing; proof before letters; after a painting formerly attributed to Rembrandt.
