Four oval scenes, each related to religious events or saints celebrated in August; from left to right and from top to bottom, an abbot standing on a shore and watching several ships caught in a storm (St Philibert's day); three men beating a hermit in a rocky landscape (St Privatus' Day); a saint followed by soldiers armed with spears, and by his mother, with beheading scene in the background (St Symphorian's day); a saint standing in a landscape, holding a crucifix and reading (St Philip Benizi's Day). c.1632/35
