Triumph of Bacchus in a temple; Bacchus at centre sitting on a chariot pulled by two goats, an attendant pouring wine, nude male and female figures and putti forming a procession through the temple, playing musical instruments and carrying jars of wine, at right a putto aiming his bow and arrow at a female, columns and arches of the temple's interior receding into the background, in the immediate foreground a vine branch and grapes on a slab of stone and to right a vase and a broken column with putto sleeping against it

- Comparable to the 'Flagellation' in the Pierpont Morgan Library, New York (Dufour Denison no. 3) which is preparatory for an unfinished engraving dated 1526, a unique impression of which is in the BM (1845,0909.1567)
