- This is an antiquarian copy, made c.1804, of the original plate by Norden of 1597, of which the only two impressions known to Hind were in the Folger Library in Washington; a third impression was acquired by the Guildhall Library in 1986. Hind lists four states of this copy, of which this is the fourth.
