- From 'Tombeaux des princes et des grands capitaines et autres hommes illustres qui ont fleuri dans la Grande Bretagne vers la fin du XVIIe et le commencement du XVIIIe', a series of twenty plates representing monuments in honour of illustrious men from Great-Britain (late 17th - early 18th C.), executed by various artists (Cochin, Le Bas, Cars, Dorigny, Bailleul, Tardieu, Beauvais, Boucher, Duflos...) and first published by McSwiny; a reprint was later published by Basan. - 1859,0709.637 to 723 are the contents of the dispersed 'volume containing 95 prints' after various artists, deposited by Evans on 21 April 1859. It was registered as a volume of 'prints published by John Boydell', which implies that they are all Boydell reprints of earlier plates.
