Nineteen headpieces to an edition of 'Royal Engagement Pocket Atlas' for 1802, showing scenes from Bloomfield's Poems, some lettered to the left of the scene with the month, to the right with the number of days in that month, and below with subject details, others are working proofs before horizontal lines behind the images added; after Stothard. 1801
1 January; river view, with flock of sheet in the left foreground, a large house in the background.
17 January; view of a farm, with a cart passing in the foreground, herd of cattle to the right, buildings behind.
1 February; a man ploughing to the left, with two horses.
17 February; two milkmaids with cows, one in the left foreground carrying her stool and pail towards a cow, the other milking behind to the right.
1 March; two wash maids, the left one seen from behind washing in a sink, the right rotating a barrel.
17 March; a man feeding birds in farmyard, ducks, geese, turkeys, a dog to the left, pump and cottage in the background.
1 April, XXX days, 'And round his yard the rocking haystacks [...]'; three men loading hay to a cart, one on the cart, two on hey stacks to the left, a cottage in the right background.
17 April, XXX days, 'Peace o'er his slumbers'; a man lying at the edge of a hayfield.
17 May; three men harvesting in a hayfield, with scythes, walking to the right.
1 June, XXX days, 'To many first brimming [...]"; seven figures under a tree on the right, a man bowing to a woman standing on the left with rake.
17 June, XXX days, "Are guest by night of custom [...]"; group of men sitting at table, one on the right giving a toast, with a dog and two maids.
1 July; pigs walking to the left to marshland, frighten ducks flying away.
1 August, XXXI days, "Her head bow'd down'; a stopping and noticing a woman who sits with her arms crossed, in a field.
17 August, XXXI days, 'And circling smoke obscu'res [...]"; a man sitting outside hay hut on the right, making fire.
1 September; hunting scene, two huntsmen on horseback riding to the right, following their dogs and king a turn to the left.
1 September; a man carrying haystack to trough on the right, cattle following him from the left.
17 October, XXX days, 'The freely bear [...]"; a man with whip leading a horse cart to the left, windmill behind.
1 November; a man and dog walking across a field to the right, fence and full moon behind.
1 December; a shepherd sitting with his dog in profile to the left, his flock in the left background.
