Four scenes; the first; an urchin placing his foot over a burst pipe in the street, sending a jet of water over his friends, men and women observing, some laughing, one gentleman protecting himself with an umbrella; the second; a gentleman seated on the bank of a river fishing, his line in the water, the fish below laughing as they agree not to take the bait; the third; a company of men and women dancing at a public ball, musicians in the corner and some of the revellers drunk and carousing; the fourth; a bull standing quietly in a printing room, the printers and compositors fleeing in terror from the animal; illustration to Cruikshank's "The Comic Almanack 1846" (1846)
