- This print is bound in an album with the Cris de Paris (print studies by Bouchardon and corresponding prints by Caylus). See 1857,0613.733 for comment on series and album.
The plate is described in the IFF as the sixth plate from the fifth suite, but the print is here bound with the third suite (which coincides with the order of the plates as described in V. Milliot's 'Les Cris de Paris, ou Le peuple travesti: les représentations des petits métiers parisiens (XVIe-XVIIIe siècles)', Paris, 1995, p.401.
