- Study for BMSat 11338 (engraved and published 14 June 1809). A meeting of 'Electors of Westminster' was held in Westminster Hall on 29 March "to express their sentiments on the inquiry into the Conduct of the ... Duke of York at which Burdett and Whitbread, the only two MPs present, urged immediate Parliamentary Reform.
