Vol. I; frontispiece, 'Installation of Don Quixote', B. I Ch. III, the Don kneeling outside a cottage at night, while Sancho stands ready to dub him, holding a lantern and a sword; titlepage, the knight's armour lying on a well, with statues in the garden in the background; by Amrstrong.
Vol. II; frontispiece, 'Sancho persuading the Don to marry, B. IV. Ch. IV', the two approaching, the Don on the left on horseback, the other on a donkey; titlepage, the knight's horse standing by a bush, sniffing at a saddle which is propped on sticks on the left; by Raimbach; on chine collé.
