- Contemplated in 1831 as a subject for the 'English Landscape' series, but certainly not engraved until 1843-4 according to Shirley since both the style and the paper are those of Lucas' later manner. Published with the 'New Series' in 1846. See 1846,1114.29. This impression is from a full set of the 'New Series' purchased from Lucas at £10,0,0.
