- A second impression, mounted on a border with thirty niello roundels, is also extant at the BM. An impression of this print was in Thomas Wilson's collection (T. Wilson, 'Catalogue raisonné of the select collection of engravings of an amateur', London, 1828, no. 42). He lists 'six or seven other impressions' (Royal Library, Paris; Duke of Buckingham; Ottley; ex-Martelli collection, Florence 'now in the possession of Mr. Vendramin' [now BM 1895,0915.159])
Modern work.
This print was issued as a black and white facsimile by the British Museum in 'Prints and Drawings in the British Museum, Reproduced by Photographic Process', [First Series] Part I (Italian Prints), Published by the Trustees in 1882, where it was number I(one of nine) and described there collectively as 'A Sheet of Nine Pieces of Niello.
