Tin bronze lugged adze, cast in a two piece mould with seams clearly showing on each side. Well finished and ground, and hammered on cutting edge, which is blunted. Even green patina.

Also known as a Trunnion celt. Fine condition.
Final Bronze Age. It is very similar to an iron one found in a small hoard at Campotéjar, Prov. Granada (Bosch-Gimpera, P. (1932), ‘Etnologia de la Peninsula Ibèrica’, Barcelona, fig. 194).
