Plain bangles are found in Hallstatt D3 graves, e.g. St-Lumier-la-Populeuse, Les Jogasses graves 33, 65, 172 and Les Rouliers grave 75; and in later contexts, e.g. Gourgançon 'les Poplainnaux' grave 25 and Hauviné 'Verboyon' grave 2 (with a warrior). In Les Grandes Loges grave 57 the skeleton had a bangle of this type on one wrist and a ribbed bracelet on the other.
