The Register correlates with Morel, L., 1898, ‘La Champagne souterraine’ Reims, pl. 3, fig. 17, but there is not much resemblance.
Context: Bracelets; Ribbed bracelets with spaced bosses; Four bosses.
With small bosses more or less evenly spaced. In La Tène Ib contexts in Sogny grave 5, with a pair of Dux brooches and a torc with openwork ornament (Fig. 2, type Z); and in La Cheppe grave 24 with a serpentiform bracelet (Fig. 2, type V), a thistle-terminal torque (Fig. 1, type T) and two iron brooches. Sometimes worn in pairs, cf. ML.2059 and ML.2060, also Charpy, J.-J., and Roualet, P., 1991, ‘Les Celtes en Champagne’ (exh. cat., Epernay, 23/6 - 3/11/1991), nos 127-9.
