Bread basket, made of buff willow, double rod track (Madeira) border forming the slightly convex sides of the basket. Base with 4 x 4 slath, with applied plait forming the foot.

A classic form, the same as 2005,-5-6.29, but better made. The open arched border often known as Madeira border, see M. Butcher, 'Basket Borders', pp. 31-2. The rods are kinked at the top to make the zig-zag.
