A woman's apron; part of wedding attire. The rectangular shaped apron is made of cream-coloured tabby woven cotton fabric, which has been pleated and sewn onto the wide waistband. A single, removable tie is threaded through the waistband. A machine-made 'lace' trim with a triangular shaped edge is applied to the sides and hem. There is a very narrow band of drawn-thread work above the hem. Machine sewn.
