A wool bag. Rectangular and made from one piece of black tabby woven wool fabric and additional embroidery on the front. A large red and white diamond motif is surrounded by rectangular blocks of colour, a thick, yellow vertical line and white diagonal lines. Other coloured wools used are red, green, brown and orange. Tabby woven bands, using the same colours, frame the patterned centre. The reverse has four groups of fine bands: red, yellow, brown and green. The sides and most of the bottom are embroidered in blanket stitch using white wool. Long coloured tufts of wool are attached to parts of the bottom. The handle is made from a single piece of yellow and black braided wool sewn to the outer top of the bag.
