Description
Earthenware jug; tin-glazed; painted in red on a white ground with a landscape with a round tower, houses and a bridge, mounted in silver-gilt, signed. Cover with embossed gadroons, set with medallion with relief of Circumcision of Christ; globular thumb-piece; plain foot-mount with acanthus edge. Stamped with maker's marks and hallmark.
