Silver pair-cased clock-watch (outer case missing) signed Daniel Quare (contemporary fake).
Case:
Outer case missing. Inner, pierced and engraved silver, with floral decoration, two birds heads, and line engraving over damaged central section. Bell screwed to inside of case.
Dial:
(Possibly not original.) Silver dial with engraved central floral design. Roman numerals for hours, small arabic numerals for 5 minute markers. Outer engraved brass border. Beetle and poker hands.
Movement:
Verge escapement. Tulip pillars. Small irregular patterned balance cock foot, and small circular table, with foliat piercing and unchamfered rim, central daisy motif echoes case pattern. Centre of countwheel also has engraved flower.

Outer case missing. Inner case damaged, previous patch and solder repair around bell screw (solder no longer holding patch in place). Various breaks and dents around pierced rim of case. The pillar between the striking barrel and contrate wheel is split on the bottom right side, and the central portion is missing. It has been repaired by pinning at the base and with solder at the top. (LCT)
