- Curator's comments
- This drinking-glass was known as model 1718 and remains one of Hopea's most popular designs. It was produced in a range of colours and in four different sizes, usually without the raffia holder (for other sizes see museum nos 2014,8024.174-175,177-179). This design was awarded a silver medal at the 10th Milan Triennale, in 1954. References to this model can be found in the following publication:
