Stainless steel letter opener, forged, contained in original silver-coloured card box with an image of the knife silhouetted in black on the front, and labelled: 'Papirkniv . Letter Opener . Brieföffner . Ouvre-Lettre' and Design Henning Koppel'. Inside the box, the knife is held in place by slotting into a slit in the packaging depicting a stamped airmail envelope from America. Beneath this card panel is a stitched leather case intended for storage. Maker's mark.
