Description: A copper-alloy Aucissa brooch intact except for the tip of the hinged pin. A tiny cut-out is preserved on one side of the plain head-plate. The slender and very thin bow has a central raised lightly-knurled ridge flanked by flutes and a border knurled ridge. There is a transverse groove at the junction with the foot which ends in a tiny moulded knob.
