Pocket-Watch Bow pliers
Steel pliers with a spring between the handles to keep the noses apart.
One nose has an applied brass block cut out with a series of circular grooves increasing in size towards the back. The other has an attached pivotted steel hook device.
The pliers are used for opening and closing the bow on a pocket watch pendant.
