- Vat Saint Lambert are here following the trend set in Scandinavia and Holland for bubbled glass, but usually the bubbles are randomly placed: this piece is remarkable for the placing of the bubbles in a regular lozenge pattern, requiring enormous skill in maintaining the pattern while the glass is reheated for each layer.
