Lead seal-matrix, circular, engraved on the obverse with a saltire cross and four leaves; inscribed. The reverse has a moulded, eight petalled flower; inscribed. The suspension loop is broken and part of the inscription is illegible due to damage along both edges. The seal-matrix is double sided. The obverse is the sealing side, in the negative, and the reverse is moulded in the positive.
