Lead medallion with suspension loop. Obverse: the nimbed half-length figure of St Symeon Stylites holding a book and perched on a stylos (column). He is flanked at the top by two angels and, at the bottom, by two standing nimbed figures, probably his disciple Konon and his mother Martha. Around the edge, a Greek inscription. Reverse: a cross decorated with symmetrical foliate ornament; at the end of each arm, two bosses.
