Wrist Watch with a flexible balance and a pin pallet lever escapement.
Signature: On the dial the trade mark and 'BULER 17 JEWELS Beryllium balance JEMAFLEX SWISS MADE'. On the movement 'BULER WATCH LTD SEVENTEEN (17) JEWELS UNADJUSTED'
Case: Square base metal two piece case with a chrome plated back and gold plated front. On the back of the case is again the trade mark and 'BULER GUARANTEED SWISS MADE ELECTRONICALLY TESTED ANTIMAGNETIC BASE METAL CASE'.
Dial & Hands: A brushed silvered dial with gilt batons and gilt numerals 12, 3, 6, and 9. Scratched on the back of the dial is AP? 15/7/71. Gilt baton hands.
Ebauche Marks: E 65 (Ebosa).
Frame: Nickel plated frame, the back plate supported by the keyless block and two turned pillars and secured by screws. Cocks for the pallets and the balance.
Barrel and Mainspring: The going barrel with a recessed cover. The minute wheel is friction mounted on the cover.
Barrel: I. diameter 9.0 mm, height 1.5 mm.
Mainspring: height 1.5 mm, thickness 0.11 mm.
Barrel Arbor: diameter 2.9 mm, snailed.
Hooking: milled from the barrel wall.
Train: The brass wheels not gilded, the second, third and fourth wheels with five crossings, the escape wheel with four.
Jewelling: Jewelled bearings from the second wheel onwards, all the jewels pressed in. Ruby endstones to the balance jewels and to the lower escape wheel and pallets.
Escapement: A straight line layout pin pallet lever escapement with short lever, double roller and D-shaped impulse pin. Steel pallet pins. A brass escape wheel.
An equal impulse escapement.

Balance & Spring: a monometallic beryllium copper balance with a long flexible arm running around within the balance rim. A plain rim. Balance diameter 9.7 mm, thickness 0.48 mm. A 'self compensating' flat spiral spring with 9 turns.
Means of Regulation: An index on the balance cock without a tail. No divided scale or direction of regulation is given.
