A keyless wound watch with a pin pallet lever escapement.
Signature: On the dial 'INGERSOLL LEADER' and 'MADE IN USA'.
Case: A chromium plated case and a snap on bezel and back.
The case back stamped 'MADE IN USA'. With original presentation box. An unendorsed guarantee in this box.
Dial and Hands: A white paper dial with black Arabic numerals. A sunk subsidiary seconds dial. The minute and hour hand of spade design these and the seconds hand of blued-steel.
Movement: Ebauche marks, none
Frame: A type 5B movement numbered on the back plate 69006843 with a gilt finish. On the plates set out in a circular fashion is 'INGERSOLL WATCH CO MADE IN U.S.A. PAT'D JUNE 4.07. JUNE 29.09. MAY 24. 10. NOV.12.12. JULY 2.18. SEP 28.20. MAY 24.21. MAY 24.22. NOV 14.22.'
Dimensions: Case 51.0 mm. in diameter and 16.0 mm. in height, over the glass.
