Ingersoll pocket watch.
Movement with pin-pallet lever escapement; back-plate engraved all over; keyless winding and hand-setting.
Gold painted dial with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds; badly stained and dented across centre.
Hands and glass missing.
Gold plated case, now badly rubbed; snap-on bezel and hinged back; 'Arabesque' decoration on back with star at centre; engine-turned case band and engraved bezel.
Inside case-back an endorsed and dated guarantee.

Watch, keyless and with a pin pallet lever escapement.
Signature: On the dial 'INGERSOLL'.
Case: A gold plated case with an engine turned band, an engraved snap on bezel and a hinged back. The back has Arabesque decoration and a star at its centre.
A guarantee endorsed 'Toombs Wembley' and dated March 1st 1911.
Dial and Hands: A metal dial, badly dented and stained. Black Arabic numerals and minute circle. A sunk subsidiary seconds dial. The hands are missing.
Movement: Type 4B numbered 11904785 finished gilt and engraved all over as Cat no. 545. The patents are deliniated on the barrel bridge PATENTED DEC 23.90. JAN 13.91 APR 23.01 AUG.9.04.
Two of the three barrel bridge retaining screws are missing.
Dimensions: Case diameter 51 mm height 16 mm.
