Gold brooch ornamented with gold wirework, beading and twisted wire and set with a glass micromosaic panel of the Pantheon in Rome, bordered with blue glass.

- Small mosaic panels of the antiquities of Rome were popular as travel souvenirs for the Victorian Grand Tourist, and were used to decorate small trinkets and accessories as well as jewllery.
