Description
GILT-BRASS, LEATHER AND GOLD TRIPLE-CASED VERGE WATCH WITH QUARTER-REPEAT [DIAL NOT ORIGINAL]. Verge escapement. Later enamel dial. Blued steel beetle-and-poker hands. Gold pair cases, with shagreen/leather outer; outer gold case is pierced and slightly repoussé. Possible forgery; no number on or under cock; outer case not a good fit. Printed yellow watchpaper.
