Vessel with flat base, flat back and rounded front. On the rounded front is a shield with lion rampant; on the flat back are the arms of the Duchy of Burgundy, represented on a shield quartered with fleur-de-lis. Around the base of the vessel is a repeating design of chevrons with alternating cross hatching and dots. There is a handwritten label pasted onto the inside of the vessel.
