Bronze seal-matrix of the Collegiate Church of All Saints, Derby. Pointed oval. Under a Gothic canopy with pinnacles and surmounted by a shield with the arms of England in a quatrefoil enclosed in a circle, the risen Christ on a seat with Gothic tracery, with cruciferous nimbus and hands raised showing the nails; the field diapered lozengy. Below, legend over a crowned figure kneeling to right. Surrounding legend. With wax impression.

The handle is missing.
The church of All Saints, Derby, was given by Henry I to be held in praebendam. The evidence of the charter places the date between 1100 and 1107 ('V.C.H. Derby', ii, p. 87).
