Jug of oval form, tapering to the foot and rim which are slightly flared. Broad strap handle joins the neck just below the rim. Applied spout made from a tube of clay. Earthenware, the body is presumed tin-glazed and is painted on either side in green and manganese with a wing. Beneath the spout a lily or inverted arrow motif. Traces of a brownish coating on the base. On the interior a translucent brownish glaze.
