Cup and saucer, porcelain, the exterior surfaces paintd pale yellow and ornamented with applied leaves and berries in relief with foliage. The cup, which has a hadnle imitating intertwied twigs, is painted with gilt scrolls and flowers in baskets. The well of the saucer is painted with a scene of lovers in the style of Watteau on a gold ground enclosed by an elabotate gilt 'frame' in rococo style.
