For the 'Strozzi Medusa', a classical chalcedony intaglio gem that entered the British Museum with the Blacas collection in 1867, see GR 1867,0507.389 (H.B.Walters, 'Catalogue of Engraved Gems....in the British Museum', 1926, no.1829).
