Circular steel seal-matrix for Victoria, massive, with numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 at intervals on the sides; signature on the back and cylindrical stem pierced in four places. The Royal arms within the Garter, supporters, and motto. Below, in a scrolled panel, with roses, thistles, and shamrock at the sides, an undulating landscape with trees, on which sheep are grazing. Legend. With wax impression.
