Circular steet seal-matrix for Southern Nigeria with numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 at intervals on the sides, and a signature on the back. It has a short cylindrical stem with four perforations. The Royal arms with supporters and a scroll at the base among roses, thistles, and shamrock with an inscription. Legend. Box.
