Circular steel seal-matrix for Northern Nigeria with numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 at intervals on the sides and signature on the back; short cylindrical stem with four perforations. The Royal arms with supporters; scroll at base among roses, thistles, and shamrocks, inscribed with motto. Legend. In box with four counterplates.
