Description
Rectangular plaque of brownish earthenware covered on the front and sides, and part of the reverse with presumed tin glaze. Painted on the front with the dead Christ sitting on the tomb, supported by angels. The reverse partly covered by a brownish glaze. Composition possibly after an engraving by Nicoletto da Modena.
