Tinned copper alloy buckle: narrow oval inclined loop; tongue with basal shield incised with double linear border with zones of ladder pattern; hinged sub-circular plate; incised with border of interlocking triangles and zigzags around fret-bordered hexagon enclosing circular motif on pair of "legs"; attachment lugs on back; holes for three domed-head pseudo-rivets, two now missing.
